Showhomes offers a state of the art training package and access to expert support that will help you every step of the way. Our industry-leading new franchisee training includes everything from immersive product knowledge to our proprietary CRM system, FranMan, to effectively run your business.
Our extensive franchisee training program is second to none. Once you’re awarded your new franchise, you will begin a 6-8 week online curriculum in Showhomes University and you will also be earning your Home Staging Certification via the Design and Staging Academy. Your hands-on, live and virtual classroom training covers everything you need to know to start strong. Once you complete Showhomes University you will go through our virtual training with our home office team where you will be trained on our complete backoffice support tools and 4 decades worth of experience in our successful business model
After your initial start-up franchisee training, you’ll have access to the best ongoing support and additional training opportunities. All franchisees go through our 52 week ramp up program which includes weekly phone calls with our Director of Operations, franchisee mentor support, inclusion into a Profit Performance Group, and more. You will also attend the annual convention and regional meetings where you can exchange best practices with fellow franchisee owners throughout the year.

Our support team provides ongoing technology expertise to help you run your business so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
