This was such an exciting piece to be working on. NPR actually interview and toured 2 of our homes and spent over 3 hours with us. NPR did a lot of research on Showhomes and spent a significant amount of time speaking with our corporate office.

The 2 homes they toured were very different in style and design but the story is the same. A vacant home that isn’t selling and a home owner who is thinking outside the box.

Yes, this program has a win, win, win scenario. The home manager gets to live in a beautiful home for a fraction on the price. The home owner gets to have a beautifully staged, managed, maintained and secured home that will sell faster and for money. Additionally the fee they pay to Showhomes sometimes is far below what vacancy insurance would cost them. The Realtor will always have a great home to show which will result in a a quicker and higher commission.

If only you could have seen the reporters look on her face when she saw these homes and saw the great life these home manager are leading.
